Her track record includes profitable growth, turnaround, regional expansion, multiple business integrations and restructurings, high‑impact productivity programmes, capability building, and large‑scale transformation — consistently delivered through strong collaboration with international leadership teams.

Alongside directorships of MNCs, Isabella has led governance across multiple jurisdictions — chairing the regional Tax & Treasury Committee, Risk Management & Compliance Committee, and Business Continuity Committee, with direct accountability for statutory reporting and tax.

Edmund is a seasoned business consulting leader with over 25 years of international experience in Asia, the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.

He began his career at Bain & Company, in both Singapore and U.S. offices, and has since led strategy, market entry, commercial insight, regional growth, and transformation initiatives across multinationals, SMEs, conglomerates, and startups.

Edmund brings a strong combination of strategic perspective and practical execution, with cultural fluency shaped by broad international exposure.

He graduated magna cum laude from New York University with a double major in Finance and International Business.

Mark Lea

Lead Advisor Structuring, Governance, Legal Mitigation of Taxation

Mark has 50+ years of expertise in international structuring, governance, and legal tax mitigation.

He began his career at N.M. Rothschild & Sons in London, later serving as Director of Rothschild’s Trust Companies and its Guernsey Bank.

Beyond private practice, he has advised the Governments of Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia on trust law, and served on Hong Kong’s Inland Revenue Board of Review and the executive committees of STEP Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Trustees’ Association.

Mark was Adjunct Professor of Law at the National University of Singapore for 10 years.

He brings exceptional depth, judgement, and longstanding credibility to our international structuring, governance, and tax planning.
